The “Maze” to Open in September!
Sometime in September, the “Maze at Butter and Egg Adventures” will open to the public. This is our second year of having a non-corn maze here and we look forward to what it bring to our operations. The schedule of operation has not been finalized yet, but it will be posted here once we firm up the dates and activities. We are changing from last year’s maze, which featured Alabama History and cities throughout the state. This year, our maze will be in the shape of The United States and you will have opportunities to visit over a dozen cities from around our great country. Unlike last year where you had to answer history questions to select the correct trail to the next city, this year it will be more like a traditional maze (finding your way out). Once again, we will feature special events during the time the maze is open, such as “Flashlight” nights and a concluding series of “Zombies in the Maze”. Also when you purchase a (corn) maze ticket, you will have another activity to choose from such as “Laser Tag” at The Battlefield, or canoeing and pedal boating in our lake. Alternating dates for these activities will be available, so please be sure to check the schedule once it is announced. Just like last year, our maze will be constructed out of Sudan Grass, not corn. During all of our open dates, you will also have the ability to book a three zip line package during your maze visit. Our well trained guides will take out small groups and lead you through the zip lines.
This nearly two acre maze is:
- Maze in shape of United States
- Constructed of Sudan Grass, not corn
- Trails are cut, leading to different cities around the nation
- Fee includes other recreational opportunities.
$8.00 Per Person
On-Line Waivers must be completed for all Maze guests. Click here to complete a waiver, if you have not submitted one before.
Where else could you visit the Florida Keys, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Seattle and several more cities in just an hour or two?
